These towels are described as "luxury" which is an interesting choice of words because luxury is relative. I would describe these towels as medium plush, exactly what I wanted. I wanted a beautiful, colorful, soft, absorbent towel that also dries quickly. If you get a towel that is too thick and you live in a humid climate, it will not dry and then it begins to smell bad, even after washing it until eventually you have to throw it away and buy a new towels! That brings me to the next point: for a set of medium plush towels, the price is fair, neither a steal nor a rip-off. I want to say thank you to the other reviewers who mentioned that these towels dry quickly. You helped me choose to buy these and I'm glad I did!

Update : 2025 We've purchased another set of the white due to a failure on our part. I had just cleaned our washer with a tablet and forgot to run an additional wash cycle empty. Alas, a set of pristine white towels turned pinky gray and we could not get them white again. ( Note, it says not to use bleach on them). I was pleasantly happy to see they were still available. All the other sets are holding up just fine after all these years. We'll worth the investment. We purchased these towels a few years ago for our guest bathroom. The 8 piece set worked great for those visits one needed a larger towel for a larger guest. They have held up well, stay absorbent, and stayed bright white! We liked them so much and are recieved so many requests for where we got them that when it came time to replace our Master Bath Set we knew exactly what to order. Infact, we ordered 2 sets of 8. They arrived with Prime from the Seller in one box and a bit of bubble wrap to keep them from shifting. Each Set of 8 comes neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. We washed them before use and were happy with our purchase. Well made from Turkey. Absorbent. Looks great.

Extra soft & luxurious, like a spa

Great Package of Towels. True to colour! The first and subsequent 3 washes are required to soften the towels, as they do not absorb water off of the body. I recommend 4-5 good washes before these towels feel right. The colours are fast and have lost no colour and a small amount of lint, which is less with each wash. The large towel is adequate but would be nice to have several more inches in length, (both ends) ha ha, and also to the sides, making it a large towel/ sheet.

Nice towels, love the different sizes...

First of all, they call the large towel a bath sheet.... this is not a bath sheet, too small. It is a fairly good size towel, but a bath sheet I have always purchased because they cover you up down to the covering the "tush" and this doesn't make it. Secondly, they "bleed" their color. I was bleeding blue when I used the wash cloth so we decided to soak all the towels before washing them in the machine and the tub was so blue it left color stains on the tub. This is a sign of a cheap towel but they are not exactly cheap in price. The towel is advertised as thick, not true, they are on the thin size. They do the job, they do absorb and work as a towel, soft and comfortable, just not what they try to make you think they are..... Buy - yes. Are they what you would expect from the advertisemt - no. Recommend pre washing or tub soaking to bleed out the remaining color to prevent possible color changes of other items in the washer...

These are great towels! They are soft to the touch and do not bleed in the wash or shed fibers. They are also very absorbent. If you're looking for a well-priced set of luxurious bath towels, these are the ones! The bath sheets are huge and so nice to wrap up in after a long bath and the smaller towels are great accents for the bathroom. We bought ours in grey as our bathroom has lots of other bright colors in the decor so we were looking for something neutral, but it seems like there's also an awesome selection of colors available from here! I would highly recommend and might be buy a second set myself!

Color was slightly off what I thought it was, but still nice.

Ijavejad these towels for over a year and have decided to buy more! They are amazing!! They don't shrink and become misshapen. The color hasn't faded even with bleach washing. They don't shed past the first few washes and they are amazing for drying you off. They aren't super scratchy nor super soft(I have a 4 star for softness because they aren't super soft. But that is perfect for me! Others may not like it.) They are the perfect towel on my opinion. I would absolutely recommend these! I am going to buy more after a year of owning them only because I want a color change for my decor! Amazing towels!

These towels are reasonable quality, but for the price I was hoping for more plush.
