Our converter went out when on a camping trip so we had to use our batteries sparingly till we got home to order this new one. It came quickly and installed easily. Had to drill a new mounting hole because it didn't line up exactly with the existing but that wasn't too much of a problem. Everything is now charging properly.

The is no model number on this product. I don’t even know if it is the Lithium model. Can’t use it until I get confirmation from manufacturer. Don’t buy this until they put the model number on the actual product.

Unit received packaged well. Label on box shows UPC but, the converter assembly had no visible part markings or identifications that I could see. A couple of the wire labels fell off and laying in box. Hopefully, it will work.

The wire color codes are off but well marked on the wires and the main board. It just bugs me to put a white wire in the circuit breaker on the distribution panel. Typical for a cheep Chinese knock off. I decided to purchase the OEM power regulator for my new installation of Lithium Iron phosphate batteries in our motorhome. Feedback on how this unit works from the distributor was iffy at best. The mounting holes for securing this in the panel do not line up. I just don’t trust this thing so I am sending it back.

I was looking for a slightly greater than a fifty ampere 12 Volt power inverter that I could use to power a 350 watt two meter linear amplifier. This inverter would certainly do the job. To test for noise content generated by switching transients I installed a twenty five amp 110 AC grounded plug to the input of the inverter and hooked the two wires that comprise the twelve volt output to my 80 watt transceiver.The voltage was a perfect 13.8 Volts and there was no appreciable noise component.Certainly nothing so great that a little extra filtering would completely eliminate.I know this product was made for another purpose and after my thorough examination of the construction techniue and soundness of the soldered contact points (No Cold Joints) I am convinced that it will fit in and do the job intended. I am getting a metal case fabricated for protection and safety.I have the intent of mounting to old fashioned analog meters on the front panel of that cabinet.One three inch meter will measure the current while the other the Voltage. Those meters will provide critical information when the supply is operating at maximum load capacity. A small blower or cooling fan thermal activated would also be a great addition.As you might imagine, this is an electronic builders dream. From the realm of a powerful battery charger, car starter, to that of a Ham operators project for use as a power supply for a powerful linear amlifier this inverter is built to meet the muster.I am pleased with the design and the detail paid to construction practices.It is getting Five Stars for being a performing giant.I will add a picture to this review as progress warrants.What is your proposed application?It is my opinion that this WF-8955-MBA 12 Volt @ 55 Amp AC inverter will do the job.

Product does not line up at all, had to trim the back down to fit, and also only got 1 screw in! Different wire colors as well! Just overall this thing is junk, do not buy
