After using sistema water bottles for years, I decided to order two food boxes. I was a little disappointed about the thickness of the product but as they were only for biscuits, I didn't return them. I washed them in the dishwasher before use but when I took them out, they were badly distorted. I thought I had misread the label but no, it does say dishwasher safe. When they were cooler, I managed to fit the lids on so am now using them but I won't put them in the dishwasher ever again. The green colour looks smart but I think the clips could be a bit larger, stronger and more substantial, considering the price. These are not good value for money. I bought far better ones at half the price from my supermarket.

Well made sturdy fresh food storage box, at a good price.

Selected this after a long search. I didn't want a traditional pretty cake tin, just something that would be easy to clean and would keep baked items fresh. This does all that and is a very good size for storing cakes or buns. It isn't particularly sturdy (for the price) and the closures feel that they should be handled with care but all in all, a good purchase.

Easy to fit the lids

I'll be honest, I bought this not for food storage, but to build a cigar humidor (tupperdor), and it's doing a bang up job. With the help of a boveda humidipak I can keep the humidity inside to a consistent 67 with very little fluctuation. The container came with very little plastic smell, which washed out easily in one go. The clips are nice and solid and keep the box decently sealed up once they click into place
