$70 for a plastic stick? This is a SHAMELESS price point, not only 1) as robbery for something that doesn't work as advertised, but also 2) because it takes advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable and have enough in their life and health to contend with. The claw mechanism is weak to the point of ineffectiveness. This "tool" of complete charlaintry has gone from something I thought I needed health-wise (and sacrificed a healthy chunk of my retired public school teacher money on) to a glorified cat-scratching tool. I have missed the return window because recovery from major surgery tends to involve all of one's mental energy. But I will not miss the opportunity to say Shame On You to this company. BUYER: Please learn from my regrettable mistake, and do not throw away your money on this ineffective junk.
