LAKES A60 B22 Bayonet Cap LED Bulb, 9W（60W Equivalent） Frosted Globe GLS Bulb, Warm White 3000K BC Bulb, 6-Pack [Energy Class A+]

I bought the 'Warm White 3000k 9w' pack of six LED bulbs. These are LED replacement bulbs for standard UK light fittings with bayonet fittings. They are a nice warm white which emulates the older incandescent bulbs but with a fraction of the electricity. The seller says that they are 60W equivalent but I would say they are brighter than this and probably closer to 75W.Using LEDs means they are at full brightness immediately after switching on. This is much better than the older energy saving bulbs that needed up to 20 minutes to get to full brightness. There are two types of LED replacement bulbs, dimmable and non dimmable. These are non-dimmable, so can't be used with dimmer switches.In theory, these bulbs should last a lifetime. In practice, you will get the odd failure. Usually, this will happen because the electronic circuitry fails rather than the LEDs themselves. I've had 2 fail out of 50 or more that I have used over the last few years. One was a cheap one and another was a big brand one. All six of these bulbs from this seller worked perfectly but time will tell after more extended use.Overall, I am pleased with this purchase especially at this price as they are in the same price range as standard replacement bulbs.

I'm quite picky with the lighting in my house, and I find that lots of LED bulbs give off a horrible blue coloured light, and a lot of older bulbs give off awful yellow light. These bulbs give off the perfect middle ground, without having the typical blue LED look or the old fashioned yellow light.The bulbs let out a lot of light, probably not enough to sufficiently light a room with a single bulb, but if you have multiple light fittings or a lamp in that room then these will be perfect.The bulbs don't make any humming noises or even get hot, just lukewarm to the touch.Overall I'm very happy with the bulbs, hopefully they will save me money compared to the halogen and CFL bulbs they are replacing!

Love these. They are efficient (long lasting) and cast a bright yet lovely glow. Most of all they look good under a see through lamp shade.

look and feel cheap but then they are - compared to high street prices. Not long ago I paid the same for 1 in an electrical shop.

Two of these bulbs were installed into our new table lamps. The first bulb failed after less than five hours use and the second one reduced to a very dim glow after about eleven hours use. They have been replaced by two more, l bought the pack of six, and I am waiting to see how long these will last. I am not happy about the quality of this product, any savings made by buying a bigger pack is lost when 35% of them are faulty. I await to see how long the final two last.

A good and economical alternative to conventional bulbs. I have changed all my bulbs in the house to LED now and the only difference is the light is not so harsh it's softer but just as good.

brighter bulbs than i am used to buying so ideal for lighting up average sized room only using two at moment and they are good so far
