Kenwood Lasagne Pasta Attachment KAX980ME, Silver

Wow, this is a game changer. I've always loved making my own pasta and cannoli, but don't have room for more gadgets. Then I discovered this little gem that attaches to my Kenwood K-Mix and works like a dream. Also, being motor driven, it gives me two free hands to work my pasta and pastry through the machine. It has fully adjustable rollers to get your pasta as thin as needed, which are easily operated by simply turning a knob on the machine. It's of excellent quality, construction wise, and is made in Italy, where you'd expect them to know what makes a first class pasta machine. I absolutely love it!

This was bought in a sale for my wife but I use it more than her ! It connects to our Kenwood Chef food mixer and has different settings for pasta sheet thickness. We make our own pasta and with this little machine you can’t go wrong. It is professional kitchen standard and very heavy and works a dream. We are very popular now when we have pasta meal evenings and friends seem more inclined to invite themselves round for our ravioli 😁👍

You can make lasagne sheets easily as long as you use the right sort of flour. I use it it make ravioli and once you get the knack it is not that fiddly or time consuming (you need a piping bag for the filling) There is an xl version sold by Kenwood that I would have preferred if I had known about it at the time because with that one you can also make tortillas/pittas/chapatis etc whereas with the one you can only make lasagne/linguine/ravioli/tortellini

✔ Celui-ci est facile d'utilisation et son installation est très simple et très rapide. ✔ Ce laminoir dispose d'un réglage de l'épaisseur très précis, ce qui permet de travailler n'importe quelle pâte (exemple : de la pâte feuilletée pour en faire des croissants). ✔ Une fois terminé, il suffit de le retirer délicatement de son robot Kenwood et de le nettoyer à l'aide du pinceau de nettoyage fournit avec ce dernier. ✔ Les matériaux utilisés pour la conception sont d'excellentes qualités ! Il s'agit donc d'un produit robuste et durable dans le temps (même pour des utilisations régulières). ❌ Attention, le lavage doit se faire à sec ! Il est donc impossible de le laver sous l'eau ou encore de le mettre au lave-vaisselle. ➡ Je vous conseille ce produit si vous êtes un adepte du "fait maison".

L’ accessorio che mi mancava. Lo ho messo con l adattatore che già avevo sul mio impastatore Kenwood di qualche anno fa. Fa il suo lavoro. Si monta in testa togliendo la copertura che va sganciata con la levetta sotto. Poi nel mio caso serviva l adattatore che ho già preso perché ho anche altri accessori per fare pasta fatta in casa.
