These fit me perfectly! I’ve used them a few times now and haven’t any complaints. They aren’t too narrow like I have had issues with others in the past. The lining is such a cute touch and makes them even more comfortable. The quality and value is perfect. I know there are cheaper options out there but I find with these you’re getting what you pay for and it’s worth the extra money!

These figure skates are lined with fur the whole way through to help keep your feet warm on the ice, and it also helps keep your feet comfortable. These skates fit nice and snug without being too tight. They are sleek white color, and seem very quality! The only issue I have is the laces are too short to lace all the way up, there is not enough left to tie them so I plan to get different laces. Overall great product and I highly recommend.

After skating lots this winter and using vintage skates that were eroding, had no foot support, and some of the eyelets pulled through, I thought it was time for some new skates. I wanted to make ice skating my new hobby, hoping that picking out skates would not be too painful. After scouring my local sports stores, and not finding any skates (since most skates were only sold online), I looked on Amazon, hoping to find some that would be in my price range (<$100), and got good reviews. Out of the hundreds that Amazon has, I picked these, and I am so glad that I did! These skates fit me perfectly, with a bit of room at the end, so I will be able to wear thick socks with them to break them in. Since I had not tried on skates before, I had no idea what my size would be. From the comments on these skates, I determined that my best bet would be to order my shoe size (Women's 9). Sticking with the 9, I ordered them, and they arrived right on time! These are great skates, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for inexpensive skates to have some fun in!

I fell twice the day I went skating and the second time I was just standing and the next thing I remember is the pain of hitting the back of my head on the ice. I didn’t return them because I wanted to try again. We don’t have an ice rink because I live in the south, but for a few weeks around Christmas and New Year’s a facility opens up for skating. They are in the box with the tag still attached and I cannot use them at all. If you are new to skating and live in an area where you do not have a rink with someone to sharpen or give you feedback on sizing please don’t waste your mone buying skates online. The tag suggests that they are ready to wear. In the manual it’s stated that they need to be sharpened first. I didn’t even know this was a thing. I’m sure they are very well made skates but are a waste of money if you don’t know what you’re doing. I don’t even know what to do with brand new skates I cannot use and cannot return.

I got the Riedell 110 Opal skates because I wanted something affordable to start learning on. They fit comfortably and feel supportive enough for basic skating and practicing at the rink. The quality is good for the price - the boot is soft but still gives decent ankle support, and they look really nice in person. One thing to know is that the blades come pretty dull out of the box. I had to get them sharpened before using them properly. After sharpening, they worked great and felt much more stable on the ice. If you’re just starting out and don’t want to spend too much, these are a solid choice - just plan on sharpening the blades first.

Very comfortable skates for recreational ice skating!

I purchased these skates expecting a brand new product, but what I received was completely unacceptable. This is my first time buying ice skates and getting into figure skating, and even without professional experience, it’s obvious when something is not in proper condition. The most critical part of any ice skate is the blade, yet the blades I received were rusted, cracked, and clearly used. For a product priced at $120, this is extremely disappointing and misleading. There were clear signs from the packaging. The box was worn and dusty, and the plastic bag that should have properly protected the skates was tucked off to the side instead of being sealed around them. This alone made it clear the skates had already been opened and handled before. Once I removed the blade guards, the condition became even more concerning. The blades had visible rust and damage along the edges, confirming that these skates are not new. This is not what anyone would consider “brand new.” This is clearly a used product being sold as new, and it reflects poorly on quality control and sales practices. I am very disappointed with this purchase. While I’m willing to consider that this may have been an isolated issue, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this product. When something is sold as “brand new,” it should arrive in brand new condition, this one clearly did not.
