Treated tap water has none! **Q: Does it contain Fluoride?** A: 0.1222 ppm of naturally occurring fluoride in each 500mL container **Q: For plain flavor water, do i get 12 packs of 16.9 fl oz or just 1 bottle of 16.9 fl oz? all other flavors have 12 listed.** A: 1 pack has 12 bottles (16.9 fl oz each). If you get 12 packs that's 144 bottles of 16.9 fl ounces. **Q: does this help with leg cramping?** A: Not in the least. But, I can give you advice from very painful personal and recent experience. The typical cause of leg cramps is inadequate potassium in your diet. I got relief in the past by taking MagOx magnesium supplements recommended by my MD (available on Amazon) and drinking Propel (Amazon sells packets to make your own with water). But I cut back on Propel when I started to drink alkaline water like Flow. My ENT had suggested alkaline water to reduce acid reflux. I recently started a diet that was way too heavy on meats (sausage is a food group isn’t it?) and way too light on fruits and vegetables. The result was VERY PAINFUL leg cramps. Until I got them under control, I was even wary of going to bed. Now, I take potassium supplements (on Amazon) and eat as much fish (salmon is one of the best) and vegetables as I can. Other high potassium foods are baked potatoes, most nuts, dates, apricots, spinach, bananas., carrots. Just search for high potassium foods on the internet. If you like Flow, as I do, just keep drinking it but modify your diet to include more high potassium foods. It’s like flipping a switch with me — eat not enough and I get cramps; eat enough, and the cramps disappear. I’ve also been told by my MD that the cramps can be caused by circulation problems in your legs. I was going to get this tested but then the cramps disappeared after beefing up potassium. Our tap water is completely potable but icks me out. Anyway I was boiling a cup of tea with this and finished the other half while it boiled (bought the 33.5oz) delicious! The first hit on your tongue you absolutely notice the minerals but by the second gulp my palate completely adapted and I loved it chugged the whole thing. Finally my tea was done brewing and I took a sip. Exquisite seriously I cannot believe how much better this cup of tea tastes and I'm a HUGE tea drinker. Expensive sure but to have almost zero plastic particles, forever chemicals, endrocine disruptors, prescription drug byproducts etc and 8.1 PH it seems well worth it.
