Stocked up on these for our Disney World trip in peak summer. Amazing flavor and everyone stayed hydrated.

I got these for my teen for health reasons. She drinks some of the bottles of liquid Body Armor but we've never found this flavor. She really likes it but finds the flavor too strong with the recommended usage, so she mixes it with water in a 52 ounce container and finds that tastes better for her. She also often drinks part of that and adds more water. So because she does it like that, the pack of 6 lasts a long time. Not sure how beneficial the electrolytes and vitamins are when so watered down, but she is still getting them eventually! She says the powder dissolves well. I love that there aren't any added flavors or colors! I'll definitely be ordering more!

These are good...but they are a little salty tasting and I put them in a 24 oz water tumbler. All the flavors I've tried from them are salty. Can't imagine them in a 16oz bottle of water. All the other brands I use aren't salty tasting.

I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive Liquid IV that also had a lower sugar content and still managed to taste good and perform as it should. Most people don't realize the sugar is supposed to be there. It works hand in hand with the rest of the ingredients to allow for maximum effectiveness in rehydrating the body while allowing the body to quickly and more easily process the electrolytes and vitamins, putting them to work where needed. Not to say the sugar free can't do the same, I just for really buy the leftover logic towards science. That said, I follow a ketogenic diet and try to limit sugar where unnecessary and this is a corner I'm willing to cut. I have noticed in other brands that offer sugar-free packs like this that when I drink them, they're really hard to get down. I don't mean that the taste is horrible or anything else tangibly works against my consumption, but I notice after a couple sips I have to force myself to finish the drink like it's work and most of the time I'll fight it, having some end up down the drain. This happened in particular with a major brand on the market and I can't really explain other than to say there original full-sugar formula didn't have the same effect on me. The sugar free version made me feel like I was drowning in the stuff, really forcing to finish. This one doesn't do that and acts just as the other sugar-filled alternatives have. It blends easy, tastes good and it goes down in a refreshing moment of recovery. I can only make assumptions based on my own knowledge of why the other gave me trouble but that's not the point here or the place because my point is that I'd absolutely recommend the BodyArmour Flash IV and think it's a great product I'll be keeping in stock!

These Flash IV electrolyte packets are perfect for on the go for my athletes. They’re easy to mix, taste great, and really help with hydration during busy days and practices. Definitely a must-have in our bag!
