Item arrived in an Amazon box along with another item, both of which were loose and bouncing about, not ideal for a torque wrench. The wrench is contained within a sturdy plastic storage box. On inspection it looks good and feels solid. I had to compare it again some bolts I had torqued with another wrench and it appears to be close.The calibration certificate for the wrench is over 18 months out of date. It is written with different coloured ink and there appears to be 3 different style of hand writing. This gives the impression of it being a falsified certificate and I have little confidence in the wrench until it is tested. There is no way to contact the manufacturer/seller online or through Amazon. Furthermore it cannot be registered for its warranty, following the instructions contained with the torque wrench the QR code no longer works (if it ever did) and there is no way to access Pro Bike Tools online. It inevitably ends up on a Walmart page, no use to anyone, especially in the UK.Overall extremely disappointed with the service around the product and its validity. I needed the tool urgently, it served a purpose and at my earliest opportunity I will have it calibrated for piece of mind. Hindsight I should have paid a bit more and went with Teng.
