Watch body is robust, luminous paint on hands and markers works great when exposed to the proper amount of sunlight making telling time in low lighting easy. Crown is very sturdy and easy to use. Very readable dial. Dates require you to correct each new month that doesn't have 31 days, not an issue just a design aspect of these types of watches. Days of the week can be set to either Spanish or English. I've seen negative reviews stating that its in Spanish so I wanted to point out that when setting the day of the week you choose which of the two languages. The people complaining about that should have read the directions or even tried to change the date and time. Strap itself feels a little thin and cheap compared to the rest of the watch but honestly it does its job fine. Crystal is a little too shiny but not so much its a hindrance. Overall I highly recommend this as a good mechanical watch thats on the cheaper side of the nicer high end watches. The watch I recieved says made in Japan, however they do have units made in Maylasia and China.
