The Devil's Bargain

This book is Intense!At first I didn't think I would like a Mafia style book. From start to finish, this book is a page turner. It does have Mafia violence and if you aren't prepared for the worst case scenario, you may not like this book. The Devil got his name for a reason!The story line between Ava and Lincoln is incredible. You have a Mafia boss who is obsessed with a girl he left 15 years prior. You have Ava, who is forced to make a deal with the Devil, the head of the Sinners and Lincoln himself. Who also happens to be the guy who left her 15 years ago. They both have regrets and they both have a huge learning curve they have to overcome. Trying to come to terms with who they are now and yet still believing they have a little bit of their old selves still. The scenes are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! There are some public sex acts and acts performed on the FMC that were not spoken consent at that time. 5 stars for the scenes alone.This book is everything I was not expecting but everything I hope for, for future Mafia books. This is my first and won't be my last. This author is incredible and I can't wait to read the second and third book in the series!!!
