It was folded for delivery instead of rolled, so full of fold marks. We shall see if these disappear over the next few days because if they don’t, it will be returned. It’s not a cheap item and should be rolled for delivery. Customers should not have to deal with this issue. UPDATE I rolled the mat for a couple of days before laying down to try and get rid of some of the folds. Had the mat down for over a week now and the creases are mostly going. It is a really nice thick mat that traps the dirt/wet and it doesn’t slip around.
