I would highly recommend this product. It is comfortable and high quality. It fits perfectly over your eyes and stays in place with the secure and adjustable strap. I am recovering from eye surgery and this is helping me in the healing process.

This is awesome! I got it to help with styes as my microwave one was just not holding the heat long enough- this works extremely well and is more form fitting on the eye. I use it with an external battery pack so I can use it wherever. Have only tried the highest setting though as it’s perfect for my needs

Heats your eyes well - good fit. Could be a little hotter on high setting. Power cord could be a foot or two longer. Good for dry eyes.

Love this eye mask! It has 3 heat settings and timers and provides sinus eye pressure relief, and many times has helped me go to sleep. Anyone that suffers from migraines or sinus pressure behind their eyes, this works wonders! I take it with me when I travel as it plugs in to any USB box or connector. It blocks out all the light too, so great at bedtime.

I bought the Ezona Heated Eye Mask to help relieve my dry eyes and have used it almost every night for 2 weeks. It heats up fast and has 3 heat settings (high, med, low). I find the medium setting works best for me. It also has multiple timer settings, so I can set it to turn off in case I fall asleep with it on. The size of the mask works well for me and I find that it heats up evenly across the surface. It is soft and has just enough weight to sit comfortably on my eyes. The head strap is comfortable. The USB cable is conveniently long and the controls are easy to use. I like that it has a removable/washable cover. I have used microwaveable masks in the past but hate the uneven heating and the fact that I have to keep re-heating them. I feel having the convenience of USB power, timer and adjustable heat settings will help me be more consistent with using heat therapy for my dry eyes. I think the price is fair. It seems like a good quality mask and I hope it lasts for a long time.

Ezona heated eye mask is the best Eye mask I have tried! I have used it twice a day for 1 month now. After trying 4 other types of heated eye masks (for dry eye treatment), I can honestly say the Ezona (with cover) is my favorite because of all the conveniences. It is lightweight, easy to clean (if you purchase the one with cover), portable, and a consistent temperature. No more running to the microwave to keep heating it! I remember reading in the reviews that a couple people had issues with the power. I discovered that it depends on what kind of power source you use... Since it does not come with the power box (just a usb cord) you may have to unplug and re plug it into a PORTABLE power source to reset it. I've had to do that when using a power bank but not when using an electric surge protector. But being able to use a power bank (I actually use my hand warmers as a power bank) makes it so very convenient to take it with me anywhere I go! As for the heat - it does get hot but one should take responsibility for themselves, if it's too hot on your face then take it off. I appreciate that it has a timer I just wish it had a 20 minute timer as that is how long I need to keep it on for dry eyes. Right now I have to choose between 15 and 30 minutes - though it can go up to 45 or 60 minutes, which IF on HIGH temp, I can see it causing a burn. Love this video from ophthalmologist Dr Michael Chua doing his own warm compress experiments (search it in YouTube "4 natural dry eye treatments that ACTUALLY WORK") Also I highly recommend that you pay the extra $2-3 to get the cover, as the heated mask part cannot be washed easily and it's so simple to throw the cover in the washing machine. I would also recommend closing/securing the velcro together and placing in a lingerie bag before washing. Then I let it air dry. Hope you are just as happy with it as I have been. 😊

Only giving it a 3. The device has to be unplugged a few times before it begins to heat. And sometimes, it shuts itself off! Can't say, I recommend this item.

Heat's up quickly and turns off quickly soft cord nice and long,only thing missing is cool function.

I got this to help with my eye soreness as eye dr recommended I get something like this. Its perfect size and covers your eyes. It has helped me so far with what I needed it for and after 15mins my eyes do feel better. It gets hot enough to feel great with 3 heat settings. Has a timer also starting at 15mins going all the way to 60mins. It is full with little beads that conform to your face and eyes which is really nice. And the grey cover comes off so you can wash it. As for size it adjusts to my head with no problem but I had it almost at its maximum as I don’t want too much pressure on my eyes. Now I have a smaller head and no hair so if you have a larger head or lots of hair it might be a tight fit. Something to keep in mind. The control is simple, works as it should. I also didn't know when I bought it that it only has USB plug. Lucky for me I had extra plug to use otherwise I would have had to buy one and you need one that’s powerful enough to supply the power it needs also not some cheap low voltage one. I guess it’s ok as you can use a portable battery but for me, I use at home and a normal plug would have been fine.

I really like this product, I am using for dry eyes. While I'm unsure of the outcome, the product is easy and very comfortable to use....
