Hi Donna, no it doesn't. you would need a mounting board/ display board with coloured outer for that, they are usually about 1mm thick. this is not thick enough it's 250gsm. it's nice material, smooth like colorplan. good for folding after you crease it. Hope this helps, Julia.

If i order packs of different colours do i have to pay £5.99 postage for every pack?

You should be able to add the items to your shopping cart and the total order value will generate the shipping cost. So you would not pay for £5.99 for each pack , for multiple items from Soho paper
