Rapid Loaders Speed Loader for 1911 Magazines - Compatible with 1911 Magazines ‎9mm and .45 ACP (Single Stack) (RL1911)

Looked at several 1911 single stack speed loaders. The Rapid Loader seemed to be my best choice with a balance of cost, appearance, and performance. Tried it out immediately upon receipt and was quite satisfied. Fit the magazine just right and loaded the clip to capacity with little effort. I definitely recommend this speed loader.

What a thumb saver! My son and I have recently taken up shooting together and by together, I mean I load, he shoots lol. Seriously though, it makes for a much more enjoyable outing in the field or at the indoor range if you carry this along and if you happen to shoot your preloaded mags, you can quickly and conveniently reload and get back into it.

Works ok on my Kimber 1911 9mm mags. Not as fast or smooth as an Upula but also doesn’t cost near as much.

Helps keeping me from killing my thumbs. Especially good for new stiff magazines.

Works perfectly on single stack 7 round magazine 1911

Does not fit 1911 magazine. I tried sanding it to try to make opening large enough, but there is not enough material to work with. Very disappointing. Also took a week to get here when it was supposed to be overnight.

Other new guns ive bought came with a "speedloader" and didnt realize how convenient they actually were untill i purchased my 1911 that didnt come with one in the box. After my first day at the range dealing with new unbroken-in mags and no speedloader, i ordered this before even leaving. It will save your thumbs and keep your range time down when it comes to reloading so its a money saver and a must need
