Leviton 3032-PLR 30 Amp, 120 Volt, Toggle Pilot Light, Illuminated On, Double-Pole AC Quiet Switch, Extra Heavy Duty Grade, Self Grounding, Back and Side Wired, Red

We use a lighted switch on our water heater circuit and have it in our kitchen. This has saved us a lot in electricity usage turning the heater on and off instead of running it constantly. Our original switch started to arch then died. We couldn't find one at our local hardware stores so ordered this. It works well, and we have hot water again!

I used this switch to control my air compressor. I like the pilot light built into the switch. It allows me to easily see when my compressor is on. Shipped fast and delivered on time. Great price for a 2 pole switch with pilot. I’d buy again.

Quality built switch. Hooked up to a 240v air compressure, light tuns on when powered to On.People with problems with switch lighting up when turned on with 240v... When using two hots and a ground (green), Green to green screw, hots to switch line in, swithed appliance to line out, light will turn on, if wanting swith light to be on with appliance off, reverse connections. I know confusing to some, but A/C lighted switches do not care about neg/pos wiring, only D/C lighted switches do.

I have used these LEVITON 3032 switches many times in rewiring AC power to various loads. I use thisthis model because it has a pilot light that illuminates when the switch is operated to the ON position,and thus indicates there is AC power applied through the switch to the load. And, you do not have torun back and forth to the circuit breaker panel to turn off the AC power.This time, I rewired an oil furnace main AC power supply from the circuit breaker box to the furnace.Added this switch for local AC power on/off, and added an AC drop receptacle. The prior work had no ACreceptacles along this entire wall in the basement.The LEVITON 3032 switch works perfectly, and installs in all standard metal J-Boxes and cover plates.Also, the contacts are rated 30 Amp continuous load.All per NEC, and EMT piping and fittings used, which are available from your local hardware stores.I highly recommend this switch both for DIYer and contractor use.Cheers ! - Sam Duxbury

Great switch, i think it wouldbe better if the lighted switch was on, when the item was on, but due to the way electrical works, i understand why it is that way

Great 30 Amp double pole switch I use for my air compressor.

I used this with a line voltage heater and thermostat to control when the heat is on in my garage. Working as expected, and perfect for my solution. The red light indicates when the system is on, even when the thermostat turns off the heat at temperature. No guessing involved, and I don’t have to change my preferred working heat settings to turn everything off when not needed.

I installed this as a on/off switch for my water heater. Perfect.

The Leviton 3032-PLR D.P. Toggle SW w/Pilot Light did not function as required. The switch worked but the pilot light did not illuminate. Please replace this product.

Work like chinesse stuff. pilot light stopped working after 8 months. bought it because the need of a pilot now need to pay again to have it replaced.
