Eye Opening!
Very sturdy, very useful portion control plates! It truly opens up your eyes to how much we are over eating!I’ve unashamedly taken 1 with me when I eat out and transfer my meal from their plate onto mine and get the remainder boxed up to take home as a doggy bag. I get 2 meals for the price of 1, I eat the right amount and don’t have to count calories!Not everyone will do that & not everyone has to, but it made our Christmas celebrations a lot less guilty!
