Tasty and spicy
So what's brilliant about Peru is the spicy aji amarillo - great for many dishes including ceviche. I was tempted to bring the raw pepper back to the UK but it's illegal. So I bought a jar of this and it hasn't disappointed. All the flavour of fresh aji but it's entirely legal. I would highly recommend it.
