I purchased this belt to use with resistance bands for exercises (it was priced well below comparable belts marketed for that purpose, so I figured it was worth a shot). Overall, it’s been great. My one complaint is that it’s very tough to tighten the belt once it’s fastened, and since it’s impossible to fasted once it’s fully tightened, there’s no way to get it tight enough so it doesn’t twist around your body when pulled from either direction. Still, it functions well-enough for my needs that, for the price, I’m very pleased. It appears to be great quality and I’d feel confident using it to support my weight repelling or as a safety belt where a full harness may not be necessary.
