I was a teeny bit disappointed because it had two scratch marks on it when I opened it. I still love it regardless.EDIT: 02/07/18So I've been using this tumbler for a few days and I noticed that it doesn't insulate that well. Which is fine I mainly use it to drink tea when I'm at work. But I've started to notice a metallic/iron taste when I drink water. I would take out the straw and the taste would go away and when I tried to drink through the straw it had the iron taste again. I've washed this a few times but hopefully this will go away. I still really love this tumbler and it's really beautiful to look at. Maybe I just need to get a new straw?
