NIV, Journal the Word Bible (Perfect for Note-Taking), Leathersoft, Green, Red Letter, Comfort Print: Reflect, Take Notes, or Create Art Next to Your Favorite Verses

This is by far my favorite Bible I’ve owned. As I began wanting to get deeper into the word, I started taking notes and the thin margins of my previous Bible just weren’t enough. Buying this Bible has not only given me the space I needed to take those notes and highlights, but it has played a part in motivating me to read more. I really like that it’s a red letter bible too! The pages are thicker than my old bible which is amazing because the highlighters are barely visible from the back of the page and the writing on the margins isn’t too distracting on the back.

I really like this version, and I really like the quality of this particular cover and selection. Love the notes section.

Love this Bible!

I’m one of those people who write in my Bible. As a verse speaks to me, I like to jot down the insight I’ve gained. It is hard to do in the margins of standard Bibles. I like having the space to do it in this Bible. I also like having larger print, although be aware this adds heft to the Bible. Kind of like carrying around an old school telephone book. (I realize this has relevance only to those who are of a certain age!) I added tabs to make it easier to find the books of the Bible. I bought separately on Amazon.

Good sized words - has margins for notes and a section for notes in the back

The media could not be loaded. Got this Bible to take notes in for the whole year of 2025 and then I’m going to gift it to my son who is in his late 20s so he can have something with my notes in it. That’s why I got the green and I got some tabs to put on it. Know that it is a basic Bible there’s not a lot of extra in it as far as in the back with the Maps and a concordance or a verse finder. It does have pages in the back for notes as you’ll see in the video but just needed this basic Bible for what I wanted to do with it, but I love it, the pages are cream color and I am using different kinds of pens and highlighters, they don’t bleed through, but you can see through it, but it doesn’t hinder me from taking notes on the other side of it

I got the large print. This Bible is absolutely beautiful. The cover is a soft teal blue embossed leather cover. The picture doesn’t do it justice. So much prettier in person. I love the readable print and also the large margins for note taking. I tabbed it with matching tabs. I love this Bible so much. It has a slight smell when you first unwrap it. But the packaging is sealed nicely and I think that’s the leather that smells a little strong. But after two days the smell is completely gone. But honestly, I would’ve put up with the smell longer. It’s just that great.

This is a really nice journaling Bible. The font size is comfortable enough to read because I think Zondervan's comfort font makes a big difference. Especially with the cream-colored paper. I ended up returning this and going with a hardcover version because this Bible was just a little too heavy and floppy. It's thicker than a normal Bible because the paper is thicker and because it's single column with the wide margins. So I decided that a hardback would just make more sense for my personal needs. If I could make one change (other than the floppy cover), it would be to print this on white (not cream) paper. The cream makes it a little more difficult to read. Otherwise, a great journaling Bible. I like that the journaling margins are plain (no words or illustrations) and I appreciate having the lines.
