This is a simple and easy-to-use journal for teachers who want to use journaling to review their lessons. I love the way author has put down everything together in this Journal. it might be advantageous for many teachers & I just love it. I specially Liked the ERA model, the What model and the RAA cycle. This could be very helpful for a teacher's journaling

Teaching isn't only for teachers, for a lot of what we learn has been directly or indirectly acquired through observing others, modeling their behaviors and approaches to questions and circumstances. I particularly like the fact that the author took the effort of explaining some models at the beginning of the journal. Like the ERA model, the WHAT model, and the RAA Cycle.
