The ability to dim without a dimmer is cleaver. Turn on once for bright, twice for medium and three times for low. It is sturdy and the materials are quality. The only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is that the instructions are HORRIBLE! The print was off leaving only some showing. They tell you to refer to the wiring diagram which was no help. It took longer to find where to connect the power than id did to install the whole thing.
