yes. Green velvet on one side and Black velvet on the other.

Q: Is the cape washable? If so, instructions please.

I believe so, in cold water. Unfortunately this has no care tag with washing instructions.

Q: Is the large any broader in the shoulders than the medium? The medium was too narrow for me.

I ordered a size up just because I prefer comfort. Large would be roomier

Q: Does it wrap around your body pretty well? Meaning, is there enough material horizontally?

it is pretty narrow. My 13 year old could wrap it around herself, just barely. It is mainly for show, but very vivid colors and suited out purpose
