Transformative!!
Today was my 5th day to take this capsule and just let me say wow! I bought these to see if they would help with my hot flashes after being on HRT after 34 years. I didn't expect instant results but I think 5 days is almost as close as you can get. I still have a few hot flashes during the night but the intensity and duration is greatly reduced. Well, not only have these wonder capsules helped the hot flashes but my fibromyalgia pain is almost nonexistent now! I have more energy as a result and I haven't felt this good in a lot of years. I can finally live again! I have noticed a sensitivity to sunlight but I can easily live with that to feel normal again. I plan to stay on these capsules for the rest of my life! Definitely try them!

Este producto es excelente, llevo 6 meses tomándola ya que b tengo problemas con la menstruacion . La tomó junto con la vitex y estos 6 meses muchos síntomas pre menstruacion han desaparecido. La utilizo haciendo el método 21 que consiste en tomar la pastilla por 21 días luego descanso 3 días sin la pastilla y luego vuelvo a tomar la pastilla por 21 días y así sucesivamente
