I've been using these for years now.
They're awesome. I wear them in my work shoes for over a year at a time. As a bartender I'm on my feet the whole time and these noticebly helped my feet and back.

Not good for flat feet
These would feel great if I didn't have flat feet. The arches are too high for my feet, but for normal feet, I think these would be great. They are super comfortable except for the arches.

Favorite insoles
I love these insoles. I bought them twice now and it’s definitely an improvement on my work shoes. My feet are less sore and very support. Great quality
