Kids like to look and learn from photos accompanying the text. There are only very few photos in this book, and those are black and white. Not so interesting for the kids.

Great ideas, easy to read and understand. Perfect for kids and camp leaders

I don't really know much about survival. In fact, when people bring it up, I often don't understand what specifically is being talked about because survival in general sounds like a vague term to me. Like what specifically are you trying to survive?This book dives into surviving out in the wilderness in general. It gives a lot of cool tips that could be life saving. It cover a wide range of content from...+ getting water+ proper attire to wear+ how to build your own shelter+ gathering foodand so much more.My favorite segments were the different shelters you can build and how to make traps for feed. It even included how to build a shelter in a snowy with a nice illustration to help visualize what you need to do.I recommend it. Great little book. Easy read.
