Pricey, but 100% worth it. $1.75-$2 per unit. When you have blood shooting everywhere, plugging AND HEALING the bleeding ASAP is worth less than an energy drink / expressway toll. I bought these in January 2025 thinking I'd need them right Around the month of purchase. But I didn't need them, and almost forgot I had them going on 17 months. And then today , out of nowhere, I had blood shooting out of my nose. Definitely the biggest nosebleed of my entire life. Thankfully I was in the bathroom, and had these Nosepons within reach. After replacing 2-3 blood soaked cotton balls + toilet paper plugs and getting things under control. I blew my nose to expel the clutter while reading the Nosepon box instructions. Following the simple 3 step instructions, I inserted my very first Nampon. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes as directed. WORKED WITHIN MINUTES. You don't even have to plug the nasal cavity 100% with the Nosepon. You just insert the device into the nose just far enough. And after 10-15 minutes, I removed the Nosepon. Only 1/3rd soaked. BLEEDING HAD STOPPED. No Reopening of the clot which is typical of cotton balls, toilet paper and Kleenex. I inserted a second Nosepon, not realizing how effective just one Nosepon would be. The second unit wasn't necessary. I can't think of ever having such a FAST & EASY result with prior nose bleeding. It's usually a 2 hour ordeal of cotton balls, laying down with the head tilted back. Instead of lying down, I was loading the dishwasher, crawling around on the floor cleaning up the bloody mess all over the bathroom. All things considered, $1.75-$2 per Nosepon is definitely one is the best deals I've scored on anything anywhere. I'm now planning to one in my wallet for the gym, one in the car, etc. While messy, My incident as described is a lucky accident - just happening to be in the bathroom. And in the bathroom as my unopened box of Nosepons of all places. Hopefully I don't have frequently enough nosebleeds to warrant purchasing more than the box I purchased. But I'm continually wild with how quickly I went from a bloodbath to 100% clotted and healed.

As a parent, I am always on the lookout for products that actually work when it comes to taking care of sudden, unexpected moments. Each one comes individually wrapped, which is perfect for keeping in a purse, car, backpack, or first aid kit. They are small and lightweight but incredibly effective. Since that first experience, I have made sure to keep a few of these in every place we might need them—home, school bag, car, and even my nightstand. My son occasionally gets nosebleeds from dry air or seasonal allergies, and now we no longer panic or scramble for a solution. These take the stress out of the situation and help us handle it calmly and quickly. Overall, this product is something I wish I had discovered sooner. Works very well for nose bleeds. Expands in nose when in contact with blood and clotting agent stops the bleeding. Better than other products I have tried; I typically have several nose bleeds per week due to low blood and platelet counts. A Nampon (cut in half) typically stops the bleed, where I used to require three applications of other products to stop the bleed.

These work as advertised. I live in a very dry area and have frequent nose bleeds throughout the spring and summer. These stop the bleeds quickly. They are advised locally but I haven’t been able to find them so I had to order. The downside is that they are expensive.

I have suffered from nose bleeds my entire life. I keep a stash of napkins or tissues in my car just in case. These have been a life safer, they are discreet and work exactly as advertised. The only draw back is the price, however, they work extremely well, so they are worth it IMO. Anyone who suffers from more than the occasional nose bleed should try these.

Works great! I like to keep a few in my car or purse in case I need one. It stops a nose bleeds very quickly with no mess.

This product is amazingggggg!!!! I get nose bleeds often, and instead of switching tissues 3-5x and holding it till It clots, i pop this in & it works IMMEDIATELY! So thankful!

I have two kids that are bad for nose bleeds. This does the trick. Very convenient. Doesn't take much room. I always give them some for their book bags and keep one in my purse.

Great product, works quickly. Why isn't the Adult version of this product available to buy on Amazon, it would be great if it was.
