I thought this would have more details regarding each Saint but is just a small amount of information about the Saint of that day. Still very nice book

I am a daily Mass going Catholic who wanted a new book on the Saints. I am also a fan of actress Winona Ryder and love the movie ''Mermaids''. When scrolling through the available books I noticed this was the exact book she clutched to in the movie.Now, that was the reason that prompted me to buy it...What kept me reading it, it's incredibly good. Easy to transport, easy to read and has shown me many new friends of God.

This book is just what I needed for my twelve year old granddaughter. I wanted to continue her study of saints not just on an elementary level. Even though this book is written on an upper elementary level, it can be used for adults as well. She can keep this book as she ages. What she and I especially like is the saints are listed by each day of the year and can be looked up individually by using the alphabetical listing in the index. Even though the book and pictures are in black and white, it is still appealing. The print is typed in a number 10-12 scale for easy viewing. We also like the fact that there is a prayer listed at the end of each story of the saints' lives. I would definitely recommend this book to young and old alike. Great book for a great price!

It's an interesting book, used to give ideas for naming a child depending on the date they were born. Or can be adapted to suit.

Beautiful book. You can really feel the spirit of the Catholic church within the pages. It reminds me of my childhood and studies.

Contains some nice illustrations in the book as well. Nicely organized and love that there’s a saint for each day. Very satisfied with this book
