Recently I bought both the Portkeys LS7P and the LH7P. Both are very capable monitors. I use the Portkeys LS7P as my on-camera monitor and I’m really happy with it. The monitor can control my Sony camera via the built-in Wi-Fi connection. This is pretty cool, because you can use touch focus directly from the monitor. The only physical connection you need is HDMI or SDI and if you make that wireless, you can control the camera completely remotely. This is very practical when the camera is in a difficult position to reach, for instance for a top shot. The screen is really bright and offers enough flexibility to adjust color. The MovNorm user interface works well and has all the tools you would expect from a field monitor, including anamorphic de-squeeze. The 4 custom buttons are very handy to assign the tools you use most, such as peaking, zebras, etc. What I really like is that this monitor is very well built, has a D-tap connector included and can also be powered by NP-F batteries. The real bonus is the “negative” NP-F style plate on the back, so you can power your wireless transmitter or receiver directly from the monitor. This saves a lot of cable clutter and makes it a very compact setup. It has both SDI and HDMI input and the SDI signal is also converted to HDMI. About the fan noise people describe here: yeah it is hearable but once you hit record it goes noticeably down, so it cools when idle. You get a lot of monitor for this price. I highly recommend it.

I've been using this monitor for quite a while. Functionally it's perfect for my needs. The image quality is great and so is the brightness. On a bright sunny day, I can still see what I'm shooting where as on my camera screen I can't really see much. User interface is super friendly. I think perhaps the best one I've seen in this price range? Build quality is good too. Lightweight and super portable. Would say it's good value for money for someone that's under a budget and still want a great camera monitor to work with.

Habia oido maravillas de este monitor y queria uno de 7 pulgadas. Lo devuelvo porque es exageradamente ruidoso, parece que este encendida una turbina constantemente, y el encendido es de muchos segundos. La verdad que ha sido una decepción. Lo he devuelto. PD: La calidad de la imagen me gustaba mucho y el diseño...

Super lumineux et efficace pour accompagner une camera CanonC80 et pouvoir contrôler cette dernière, le touch focus est une fonction vraiment agréable et tres utile. Je recommande.
