(Connecting via its USB C/A cable made Windows detect the device differently, resulting in very low or inaudible audio levels) ---->Plug that cable instead into a USB C or A Power-Only port, and use that to power the unit. Getting a UC Unit vs a Teams unit, results in zero performance difference.
