It is a really nice quality heating pad. I have used many and this is the best.

Great product and and a Great company; I own 3 different heating products from Pure Enrichment and when I had a problem with one a couple of years ago it was replaced with no hassle.

I suffer from some physical problems in my upper extremities, due to a bad car accident almost 2 years ago. I have gone through a few different heating pads, to help with the pain. Some have been too small, some have been not designed to hit all the painful spots, and some never got hot enough.This one hits all the right spots, is just a "little" too small for me (I am not a small man), and the heat output could be a little higher, but other than that, this is good.Amount of time is good. Ease of use is very high. I use this while I am teaching, as I am a remote teacher, so I can use it while giving my lectures. It works quite well.It is pretty soft, not cashmere soft, but pretty soft. No real complaints there about it.I have only used it for dry heat so far. I never feel comfortable using an electric heating pad for moist heat, due to that whole electricity and water thing. But, it is rated and designed for it, I just have never felt comfortable to do it.As I said, this gets all the important parts for me, that are painful, in the upper area. It would be absolutely perfect if it was bigger, and hit my mid and lower back, as well. But, nothing in the world is perfect.

Decently effective, except it is too lightweight to lay against the skin with enough pressure to adequately feel the heat.

Much easier to use than trying to wrap a standard heating pad around your neck and shoulder.

used the pad for neck discomfort - feels nice - good control over level of heat- feels comforting.

Bought in December and stopped working in March. So Sad as it really did help the pain in my shoulders.
