Good overall quality
Nice quality. Easy to follow instructions to use. But the weight is too light for me if I am holding it woth both hands together.

Perfect Kettle bell
I love this Kettle bell & it is great size. It's definitely nice for doing exercises that are difficult with dumbbells.

Affordable piece of equipment
This is a nice, soft bottomed kettlebell that makes workouts nice and quiet. It has good weight distribution when doing kettlebell swings. My hands don’t get as callous with these than with iron kettlebells. Nice for light workouts!
