I live in an older historic building that has few outlets and switches. I was going to have an electrician install several new outlets and wall switches in more convenient locations, but thought I would give this a try instead figuring I had nothing to lose at the low price. These remote controlled switches are awesome! Convenient, easy to install, still working like a champ in every day use after 6 months. Well worth the $.

I have two lamps on either side of my bed that were my grandmothers. Love them - I feel as if I am in her warm embrace. But - between the height of the bedside tables and the placement of the knob to turn the lamps on and off - and my less-than-long arms, it meant getting out of bed to turn the light off. UGH. Enter these miracle plugs and little remote --- PERFECT! A breeze to set up and now I can finish reading, touch a nearby button, and go to sleep. I've been looking around the house and my office to see where else a set-up like this might come in handy - or just be fun.....! Definitely recommend and would buy again!

Bought these for fans in my horse stalls. Wanted to turn them on and off from inside the house. Remote works great at around 50ft without line of site. Worked right out of the box with no programming necessary.

The only problem is one of the plugs didn't have the ground plug. It was laying in the box and wouldn't attach properly. The other 2 are fine.

I love these. Just plug them in, push the button to sync the remote, and done. I have decorative lights that need to be plugged in to turn on and unplugged to turn off. The outlet is behind my dresser, so it's a pain to turn on and off. Now the lights are sets up with the remote and I love it. I ordered a 3 pack, so having them all on one remote is great. The remote works from across the room, even with the plugs behind furniture. Be advised, they are kind of big. If you have them behind furniture, you won't be able to push furniture up completely to the wall. It doesn't stick out really far, but enough that you will need to pull your furniture out a little bit. Also, I am unable to use the outlet beneath the device because of its size. I have one of the devices plugged into a power strip and it works great. So glad I found these.

We used these remotes for lights. They work fine, no problems, no setup. The only complaint is that they will partially block off the second outlet on the wall outlet. Only a small plug can be used in the second wall outlet. A larger plug cannot be used. I had to make a short extension cord with a small plug to use the second wall outlet.

Nice! This works really well and is useful for remotely controlling certain outlets. I have Christmas lights around the corners of my bedroom ceiling and I can control them with this. I don't even have to get out of bed to turn off the lights.I wish there were multiple remotes so that I could keep ones in different places around the house. Right now it's one remote with 3 sets of buttons corresponding to each plug. Which works fine, but separate remotes would've been convenient.
