Tried this Blindfold for 7 days it does block most of the light.Ice pack actually helps with puffyness but, it doesn't remove dark circles.Never sleep while wearing cold gel. Gel will stay cold for a long period of time and if you leave it on your eyes for more than 20-30 min your vision will be blurred temporarily.
