Can you turn off ledge detection?** A: Kindly advised that our RoboVac 11S Max detects with infrared ray and very dark-coloured objects/carpets absorb the ray, so the RoboVac will not be able to recognize them. If your house doesn't have a stair, you can cover the 3 drop sensors with white tape. **Q: Which model is best for pet hair?** A: Please use the Max mode or spot cleaning model to clean the pet hair.
