Only use the large one . It’s great for cracking the ribs my husband found it to hard but it was fine for me. Great item

Really good yoga wheels, not too painful or anything on the spine. Nice colour and good quality. Use it to stretch over or as a weight while I do unaided stretches.

I'm still a beginner in yoga but always excited to try new ways to add to my routines. I think these yoga wheels would be helpful for anyone interested in stretching, even if they're not planning on doing yoga. I've been starting my day with back and leg stretches using poses like fish pose and half pyramid and can already feel a big difference after a few weeks of doing the exercises daily.The wheels themselves are very nice quality. The set came with three wheels as in the photo, and I really like the blue colour inside the wheels as it adds a nice pop of colour. The outer material has some grip to it to prevent slipping, but I would still advise caution to anyone just starting out.One small negative point is that the wheels don't come particularly well presented. The box is plain and not nice quality, and there is no additional information, instructions or booklet of poses like some other brands offer. It's not a big issue for me as I got them for myself.

I just don’t use them because it hurts, I can feel the hard plastic through the thin foam and you need to be able to relax when stretching which is hard when you’re in pain. I’m annoyed I found out after I bought these you can get fully foam ones. They’d be much more comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. These are very sturdy well made yoga wheels. They feel nice to use with a smooth shiny aqua coloured plastic interior and a textured non slip exterior surface. Whilst being heavy duty enough to feel safe when supporting your body weight they are light enough to be portable to classes etc. The three sizes ensure that you can use them for different poses and increasing intensity of stretching. This can be increased with the use of the band included with the set. A great product and worth the money.

I am new to yoga wheels so was excited to be able to try these out.I was really impressed with the quality of the materials used. They feel incredibly strong and the colour is stylish. They come with a stretch strap which I haven’t used as I have lots of these.One thing I think they could improve on is the inclusion of a QR code or something with some tips for stretching. I did a quick search online and did come up with some useful stuff not just for back stretches but for legs using the smaller wheels but it feels like they’ve missed a trick by not including their own information. These have been great for the back and for rolling with the foot sideways. I would recommend them to anyone and now just for people who might do yoga.I’ve noticed that when I originally ordered these wheels they were priced at £49.99 which I would say is very steep. The cost has since been revised down currently to £36.99 which seems more realistic. I am happy to give these 5 stars.

A quality kit, well made and thoughtfully designed for optimise stretches and enhance workout routine. It is handy to store as the wheels fit inside one another so to save space.The wheels are very sturdy for the purpose, providing substantial support for various poses. In the meanwhile, they are lightweight and comfortable to use with spongy padding.
