Why is this gritty? Is that normal?

It’s a mineral. I think that’s why they often put thickeners like carrageenan and gums into liquid magnesium supplements to cover the grit. I prefer this without the unhealthy additives.

This stuff works in about 15-20 minutes for constipation. Add a few drops to your morning beverage or straight in the mouth. Shake really well for best results
