China, but with that said, I’ve had these for almost a year now and they’ve held up great and are still the most comfortable work boot I’ve ever worn.They’re true to size and have a roomy toe box,I’ll definitely buy another pair when I wear these out.

I wear a 15 4E in shoes. I needed a wide toe box. I bought the 15 wide, may have tried the 16 if they made them, but they fit well, broke in easy, had them for quite a few months now, and I work 15 hour shifts walking all day on concrete. My feet do not hurt. These are the best boots I've tried. Will buy again. 9.5 will fit well. If you want to wear thicker socks or different insoles I recommend going half a size up.
