I put this on my son’s bed before he came home from college for holiday break. There was a bed bug outbreak in his dorm and I don’t want our family affected. I bought this kit because it seemed like something ready to use that would save me some time. However you still have to go through and spray everything with the powder product they enclose which takes a lot more time and is messy.

I used this product and combined it with an encasement. I stopped getting bit since using it together but it only worked due to the encampment I bought separately. I still got my apartment treated and found a few I'm my dresser. I was told they hide all around your room. I believe this works as a trapping tactic (trapping them with the powder) but they may still be potentially "thriving " inside. I threw our my mattress even after spending a lot on an encasement and this powder ( powdered sheet and box spring cover) that comes in the box. I used the remaining powder from the packet as suggested and diluted it and sprayed my bed frame and dresser and baseboards. It seemed to have an effect but I'm not 100% sure if it can be accredited to kiltronX alone but I would say that in combination with an encasement and pest control treatments by a professional it helps. We are still dwaling with the issue. Highly recommended taking everything out of your dresser wash ,dry on high heat . Spray your dressers ans base board, and if you can afford it hire pest control. Alone this product is not enough, but I do still suggest it I'm combination with at least an encasement.

It works and is very easy to use. We put the skirt on our bed and the bugs died and fell to the floor.The effect doesn't last long though. I believe they claim a year but ours works for only a few months.

Tried it for a week and did a massive search today as I was still getting bit. Found bed bug shells on the mattress cover... many of them. Did not see any dead bed bugs.
