Works great.

Disliked the phone screen, hard to see the numbers and directions. When calling, the system went to the number 2 line before making a call, then had press #1 line to make a call.

It works great. setup is easy. Our last system announced the caller id out loud which this one doesn't and I miss that, but I still recommend this one.

Very clear long lasting battery

I am looking for a 2 line cordless phone system with talking caller ID. I though this item wold have all of those features, however , after charging hand set on the base until Ifound that the display is very dim , its also difficult to read the buttons. I'll be returning this item and continue to look for something that meets my needs. I have a Panasonic that has all of the features I need with one exception ....the sound quality is AWFUL

This is by far the best of the 2-line, multi-handset systems I could find. What I really needed was a 4-line system, which V-Tech makes, but it sucks to be honest. This 2-line system is solid, but there are two features I wish worked better. 1) You can't name the handsets. 2) This makes utilizing the intercom difficult if your employees might accidentally interchange their handsets.

This phone didn't ring when people I knew called that were not in the directory. It was letting spam calls ring though. Kind of the opposite of what I expected. Returned the phone.
