Not great but still good
This is great if you had a total knee. I did add a pillow at the bottom to straighten the knee. However, the cushion should be secured or propped up against the couch for stability. You don't want an injured knee falling out...ouch!!!!

Pricey But Works great.
A bit pricey, but if you are having any type of surgery of injury that requires elevation this is a must! No more rearranging/propping pillows. For the price it should had a removable cover that could be washed, however, a king size pillowcase does the job to help keep it clean.

It works well, a little hard to place due to bare foam
The soft uncoated gone drags when placing the wedge under the leg. I also suppose that fact also helps to stay in place which it does very well. It is much preferred to using several pillows.

Light Weight and Comfortable!
I had swelling in my leg & foot after a total knee replacement. This leg splint made it easier to comfortably elevate my leg. It is soft and light weight, it also cradles my leg.I am able to even use it when I’m sleeping, and it doesn’t move or slip the way pillows do. The leg splint is a simple construction and could probably be fabricated easily but I needed something right away - this was worth every penny!

The only leg rest that works after knee replacement surgery
After knee replacement surgery, medical professionals emphasize the importance of keeping the leg elevated and straight. Most of the leg rests don't keep the leg straight, but are too high on their lower end - requiring the leg to be bent at the knee and only elevating the leg below the knee. This one is very low on one end, providing support at the upper leg, through the knee, and into the lower leg, keeping the leg and knee straight while at the same time elevating the leg.
