Loved the fit and was comfortable. When putting the garment on I noticed a pinhole tear that grew as I put it on.It worked for the day and I'm happy about that.

I wear it every day for 15 days and already found that fat disappearing on sides and tummy getting flat.

For me this didn't offer enough compression for my needs, so I ended up returning it.

I have only had them a few days so I really can't say if it helps you lose weight, fits like biker shorts only discomfort I have is the little medal stick around the waist.for the little medal sticks that keeps it up.
