good taste, does not stimulate the bowels, but gently helps everything when used a few times a week

Wish I had this sooner in my pregnancy, I was previously using a different name brand and it worked ok-but this works soooo much better and is a much better price for the quantity!!! I normally drink 2-3 bags at night, and feel so much better by the afternoon. It does cause a bit of cramping, but nothing too extreme. If there are any pregnant mamas looking, it is worth it!!! Or even if you’re not and just need it for the benefits-it’s 100% worth it!!!

Love the taste

Good product for regularity. It can work overnight. Comfortable enough that you can take at dinner. It appears that it doesn’t clean or flush out as much as others. Has bigger leaves than other tea bags that are same senna type.

I am so happy to find this tea. For years I was spending an exorbitant amount on a way smaller box of a very popular brand. This tea does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Does what it's meant to do at a great price. I recommend covering for 10 minutes before drinking for best results. I've never had an issue with Carlyle products, a great company.
