I received the plate as a gift. I’m still working on a routine. I have RLS and RA. So I use it for my legs and body pain. I normally use it in the evening before bed and put it on a higher speed just to vibrate my legs really well. It also seems to help with my other aches and pains. Love how it’s nice and sturdy. Suction cups to the floor.. very fun to use. Great for smaller spaces. Great Vibration Plate.

I did my research on this product and felt I could definitely try it. I kid you not it is an amazing product and does exactly what it described. Very easy to use. My body actually woke up and I love it! Definitely recommend.

My body is craving using it daily. Can try so many positions from standing tall and slightly back like head looking up and tightening butt for glutes to squatting with elbows on legs to reach shoulders and neck or twist left or right just try all kinds of movements to work on every part of the body. Wish I had bought it years ago. BUY IT!! Just hope it lasts years or I'll be disappointed because now I cannot live without this vibration body shaper. If it holds up it's very worth the price around $100 currently. Took weeks for delivery! Light weight, can take in your car to move around very easily. Maybe 20 pounds. Packs a punch, very strong vibration.

Love the way I feel after using. Helps me with aches in my legs. The straps are not the best quality and seem a bit short, I am 5' 5". But they work somewhat. Perfect price for what I wanted.

Love this vibration plate. I just incorporated it into my fitness journey and I actually look forward to my workouts. I find a 10-15 min YouTube vibration plate routine and love every minute of it. I even use it as I fold laundry. It is so relaxing and helps me stay motivated to work out.
