My husband loves this laptop. I bought a new laptop for my husband from Best Buy. I bought him an Asus. It’s supposed to be one of the top makers of computers and boards.Well unfortunately it died after 8 days!? Completely dead! Wow! And what a hassle returning it!When we got home, I opened my trusty Amazon app and searched laptops with the highest ratings.This HP came up, I started reading the reviews and everything sounded great. When it arrived y husband was so happy to see how big it is. What a beautiful clear picture on the screen and set up was a breeze! It’s a big laptop but it’s portable, we take it with when we travel. The battery seems o last a long time and its a great quality product for the money. I love the numeric keys on the right side, they’re so handy. My husband is very happy with it and I am thrilled that it’s working great and he’s happy with it.

It’s got a nice large screen with excellent color. It little heavier than the smaller laptops, but not as heavy as a gaming laptop. So far it’s been really great.

What an absolute piece of garbage hardware.HP has always been terrible, but I figured I would try them again. There are four screws on the bottom. But they don't really open the laptop. You will then need to pry it apart, cracking and damaging the plastic casing around the keyboard area, and the edges. If you're lucky, you can replace the failed battery without damaging any other components or yourself in the process.

This laptop is super fast I got HP 17" i7 processor 2TB SSD 64GB RAM - amazing performance for the price. Very nice large display, nice backlit keyboard, loving the fingerprint authentication to sign into the computer and it has at least 2 USB ports and 1 usbc port and It's also compatible with my old Dell dock so connects perfectly to my external monitor. Also the wifi is extremely fast ! Owned for one month so far Would definitely recommend a good buy.
