The media could not be loaded.  I have a well-lit covered car parking, but still ended up seeing foot prints of Rat on the top of the engine bay. I normally use 3M Rat Repellent spray, but looking at the foot prints i was sure concerned and wanted to evaluate more options to protect the vehicle. On further research I came across multiple brands of electronic Rat repellent ultrasound gadgets. I finally narrowed down on VRPrime as it had the added advantage of operating with AA batteries as well - and thereby took away the worry of car battery drain, just in case there was any wiring damage. So thought i use first 6 months with AA battery as a power source and later shift to car battery.As soon as I received the product, I first wanted to check if ultrasound waves are actually produced as per the time schedule mentioned in the manual. I was delighted to see that it works to perfection - both in terms of creating ultrasonic sound (video attached) and the 100 sec time gap to ensure that the Rat does not get used to the ultrasonic sound wave.Further before installing in the car, i also checked that the motion sensor actually works and ensures that the equipment switches-off in moving car. After all these tests i finally installed in the car (Image attached) and tested for a week before sharing this review.Overall I am delighted with the product and far more at peace to realise that my car is protected from rats. Strongly recommend the product to anyone keenly evaluating.

I got this to rid of rat menace which was causing my car a pain but this product doesn't work to stop the rats and I had to remove it just 2 month after installation. I saw that the rat/s are having a feast still and there is no reason it should be there. The return window has closed and there is no way I can return the product.

After all the struggles to stop /reduce the rat menance in our cars - found this product on Amazon . The best part is it has 3 options of power including AA batteries.After started using this rat marks have reduced a lot. This is a very good product to reduce rat damage to the car - at the same time safe and easy to use. Surely a recommended buy.

Recently, I have purchased this product and did the setup in my car. However, rats are still coming. Try out some other ways to keep rats away. Use sprays in the engine bay area covering all the wires.

Using it as a rat repellant inside my car parked in the building car park just below our Flats.It appears to be working well.

It's failed in 40- 42 days, stopped or started malfunctioning. West of money. Will not recomond to any one. ☹️

Last month my one year old car didn't start.I was irritated that how can a new regulalrly services car get faulty.And guess what, it was a rat which cit few wires.This is when I became aware of rat issue & while searching online, I got information of these kind of products.This has worked well since 2 weeks.Let's hope it keeps on working further too
