Doing their job
These are nice bands. I'm trying to get myself back in shape after not only an injury but then an illness. These are nice ways for me to just anytime I want around the house pop out a band and do a little exercise. They seem sturdy enough and are working fine. Time will tell about their longevity but they're inexpensive enough that if they break down after a year or two I won't mind buying new ones

Wish these were better
These are chunky, so no flat part to step on and very uncomfortable behind the neck/shoulders because it’s square not flat or round. Also I’m 5’7” and when I was trying to do a specific workout with my trainer they weren’t quite long enough.
