NO MORE I took a pair of stretch black jeans too tight on the waist but perfect elsewhere, following the instructions I wet the waistband and inserted the waist stretcher and wound it out slowly when the plastic start to bend a touch I wound it back a little then, using the hanger included, I hung it up. When the jeans were dry I retried them on, definitely bigger, but I decided I wanted a little more room so repeated the process. SUCCESS !! I now have a pair of jeans that fit beautifully everywhere I am working my way through my wardrobe and increasing both the wearable content of and the comfort as well. This product being plastic I can see how if you were unrealistic and tried to stretch a none stretchy product too far or to stretch too fast the plastic could crack so just be sensible with it. The only downside I can see is it needs to be redone after washing, but that is not a fault of the product.
